We hop on a call to discuss your business and what you need. Based on our conversation, I will put together a custom project proposal for you that we can adjust until you are ready to sign a contract. Once you sign the contract, you will get invited to your client portal that has everything you need in one place to make the entire process as smooth as possible. You'll have access to questionnaires, easy payments, and project tasks where you can upload content and add your comments.
You'll fill out a more detailed questionnaire to really define your vision for your brand and/or website. In this step, you will also upload any content or assets needed to start designing. Once I have a better understanding of your vision and all of the necessary content, I can get started on your designs! This is the fun part for both of us, you get to sit back until you're presented with beautiful designs, and I get to tackle the designing, which is the whole reason I do this in the first place!
Once all of the designs are ready to go, I will put them all together in a presentation for you. For website design, I will send you a preview link of the website. From there, we can either have a meeting to discuss your thoughts and adjustments you might want to make, you can compile it all in an email to send my way, or you can upload it to your client portal (whichever you prefer). I'll revise the designs until you are happy with them (revision guidelines will be included in your proposal/contract).
Once you are happy with the designs, I will package everything up for delivery! I will work with you until you have everything you need to go out on your own with your newly designed brand and/or website. Then, you will forever be a part of the Moodlight Designs family. You can always come back for more designs, and I even offer recurring retainers for existing clients. My goal is to help you get cozy and make yourself at home with your business, whether you end up needing more help from me or not!
